Multiple post occupancy evaluations
Grosvenor have commissioned ZZA to undertake numerous POEs across their diverse estate. Covering new and adapted heritage buildings, the POEs informed client strategies on occupier and user preferences, the practicalities of building management, and opportunities arising from cultural evolution, including informal use, and the then emergent serviced office market. We evaluated 40 Grosvenor Place twice – first with Enron as sole occupier, and then in multi-tenancy, with the first study informing the marketing for the next cycle of the building’s life. ZZA’s evaluation of Grosvenor’s own HQ was a milestone in demonstrating progress in effective interior lighting for open plan workspace.
