Grosvenor have commissioned ZZA to undertake many post occupancy evaluations across their varied estate – on new, adapted heritage and refurbished twentieth century buildings.

ZZA’s research has served to relate the client’s development and design strategies to occupier and user preferences, and the practicalities of building management. The results show considerable user endorsement. In particular, ZZA’s evaluation of Grosvenor’s own HQ was a milestone demonstrating significant industry progress in interior lighting.

ZZA evaluated 40 Grosvenor Street twice, first with Enron as the sole occupier, and subsequently in the building’s multi-tenancy occupancy. In property as in life, the maxim is ‘never say never’. In this case, the initial evaluation informed the marketing strategy for the next cycle of the building’s life. ZZA’s evaluations for Grosvenor have also included a focus on serviced offices that the company operates on part of the estate.
